Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Review the full amount, including delivery per store, before confirming. Payment is cash on delivery. Store orders may arrive separately. Only place orders using accurate contact and delivery details.
Availability and cancellation
Stock is checked when your order is placed. Customers can cancel a store's part while it is pending. For later cancellation, returns, refunds, or delivery problems, contact support. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, lawful products, correct stock counts, and clear fulfillment information. Store approval is required before listings appear. Sellers must protect customer information and use it only to fulfill orders.
